Dutch East Eden Company Recruiting

Calling all haulers! Now is your chance to join a growing hauling corp from the ground up. Recruitment is where Dutch East Eden Company wants to change the hauling game. Applying for and being accepted to other hauling corps takes weeks to months and is a general pain in the arse. This is no knock on them as they have found great success but the confounding variable is that they either can't handle or simply don't need the help because of fluctuating demand. To meet this unique job market challenge we have created two classes of hauler for Dutch East Eden Company:

CONTRACTOR:
Introoducing the "Contractor" class of hauler: This hauler is perfectly happy in his or her current corp but is looking for extra ways to make isk in New Eden. If you meet our skills requirements (found in the website), pass a background check and complete an interview via Discord you will be invited to to become an official contractor for Dutch East Eden Company. You will be required to place a "OFFICIAL DUTCH EAST EDEN COMPANY CONTRACTOR" stamp in your bio that is hyperlinked to our website. While as a contractor your employment is flexible, your company fee on each contract will be higher (15% for new contractors but can be eventually reduced to 10% with tenure). Contractors will also not qualify for the corp insurance program.


COMPANY PILOT:
As a full fledged card carrying pilot, you will have access to corp offices, saved waypoints, insurance (premium insurance match) to double your insurance payout should you lose your ship. So please still insure your ships or you get nothing! Additionally company pilots only pay 5% in company fees per contract.
